Testing fees are set by each clinic, not by olow. Most partner clinics accept insurance, and many offer self-pay rates for patients who prefer to keep testing off their insurance record. The olow badge itself is free at signup — there is no fee to receive a verified credential after a partner clinic test.

olow is launching with a Colorado-first partner network across Denver, Boulder, Colorado Springs, Fort Collins, and Aurora. Direct verification with national labs (Quest, LabCorp) is on our roadmap; until then, the partner-clinic network is the supported path. The clinic network is expanding market by market.

Partnership includes a directory listing, patient-engagement tooling, automatic credential issuance from the lab record, and a per-booking revenue arrangement. Pricing is a one-time $499 onboarding fee and $199/month per location after a 30-day free pilot, plus $30 per booking we route to the clinic.
