Testing fees are set by each clinic, not by olow. Most partner clinics accept insurance, and many offer self-pay rates for patients who prefer to keep testing off their insurance record. The olow badge itself is free at signup — there is no fee to receive a verified credential after a partner clinic test.

Pricing is a one-time $499 onboarding fee and $199/month per location after a 30-day free pilot, plus $30 per booking we route to the clinic.
